Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent. 3.Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that, on the complaint dated 25.04.2016 given by the petitioner, petition enquiry in C.No.1950 of 2016 was conducted and the same was closed on 12.05.2016. A copy of the Closure Report has been furnished to the learned counsel for the petitioner across the bar.
