The learned counsel, appearing for the respondent, made a submission that the students studied in the petitioner College was permitted to write the examination

2. Thus, their grievances are redressed. Therefore, no further excruciation is required and the writ petition stands disposed of as infructuous. However, there shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
