2. The petitioner/debtor has not complied with the requirements of the Presidency Towns Insolvency Act, 1909 by filing Schedule of Affairs after the petitioner/debtor was adjudged as an insolvent on 13.07.2023.

3. The Report also indicates that the petitioner/debtor has sold certain properties with a view to repeat the rights of the creditors.

4. The Official Assignee seeks time to move appropriate application under Section 56 of the Presidency Towns Insolvency Act, 1909.

5. Lit this case on 01.03.2024.
