Heard Mr.P.Muthukumar, learned State Government Pleader for the applicants and Mr.M.Sriram, learned counsel for the non-applicant.

2. The learned counsel for the non-applicant opposes the application for condonation of delay on the ground that no sufficient cause is mentioned and that it is only after filing of contempt petition, this appeal is moved.

3. We have gone through the reasons mentioned in the accompanying affidavit. The applicants are not to gain by delay.

4. For the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit, the delay caused in filing the appeal is condoned.

The application is allowed and disposed of.

Place the appeal, after numbering if otherwise in order, for admission on 08.09.2023.
