Seeking a direction to the respondent police to register a case based on the information report dated 10.03.2015, the petitioner has come up with this petition.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police.

3. It is represented that the police has been conducting enquiry on the complaint given by the petitioner and the petitioner has been directed to appear before the respondent police to attend the enquiry. If the complaint discloses commission of any cognizable offence, the respondent police is directed to take action in accordance with the law laid down by the Honourable Apex Court in Lalita Kumari vs. Govt. of U.P. & others [2013 (4) Crimes 243 (SC)]. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
