2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) reported that during pendency of the anticipatory bail application, the accused person had been arrested.

Recording the above submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), that the accused person had been arrested then there is no question of granting anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
