O R D E R

(Order of the Court was made by R.SUBRAMANIAN, J.) Complaining of contempt of the order of the Division Bench dated 19.02.2020 made in Writ Appeal No.3944 of 2019, the petitioner has come up with this petition, seeking to punish the respondents. 2.Mr.B.Ravi, Executive Engineer and Administrative Officer of the Tamil Nadu Housing Board has filed an affidavit stating that the amount payable under the order of this Court has been paid on 26.09.2022 by way of a cheque dated 22.09.2022. A copy of the cheque has also been produced. We find that the said payment is in subtantial compliance with the order of this Court.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that something more is payable. We therefore, close the Contempt with liberty to the petitioner to question the correctness of the calculation in appropriate proceedings.
