ORDER

It is the case of the petitioner that despite consideration having been paid, the sale deed has not been executed by respondent No.1. With the above said grievance, the petitioner made a representation on 20.11.2015. Now, seeking a direction to respondent No.1 to pass appropriate orders on the said representation, the present writ petition has been filed.

2. Learned counsel appearing for respondent No.1 would submit that the petitioner's representation would be considered and appropriate orders would be passed within period of eight weeks.

In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for respondent No.1, a direction is issued to respondent No.1 to consider the petitioner's representations dated 20.11.2015 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
