O R D E R
This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to furnish the documents sought for by the petitioner and to conclude the departmental proceedings initiated in pursuance of the charge memo issued by the first respondent in his proceedings dated 16.07.2018 and consequently to direct the respondents to pass final orders by considering the petitioner's representations dated 27.07.2018 and 17.08.2018 within a stipulated time frame.

2.When this writ petition was taken up, the learned Special Govt.Pleader appearing for the respondents has submitted that enquiry has been completed and only final order has to be passed in the Departmental Proceedings. He further submitted that the same would be completed as expeditiously as possible. 3.Recording the above submission, the writ petition is disposed of directing the first respondent to pass final order in the Departmental Proceedings in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
