Respondents Prayer: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondent to abstain from interfering administration and conduct of Grama Sabha meetings by the Village Panchayat Presidents and People of Grama Sabha under provisions of the Tamil Nadu Panchayats Act, 1994 and Tamil Nadu Grama Sabha (Quorum and Procedure for Convening and Conducting Meetings) Rules, 1998 to exercise their Constitutional rights conferred on the Grama Sabha as per Article 243G and Eleventh Schedule of the Constitution of India.
