This Criminal Original Petition has been filed praying to direct the respondent police to register the complaint dated 03.02.2015 lodged by this petitioner.

2. Heard Mr.R.Vivekananthan, learned counsel for the petitioner, Mr.C.Emalias, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

3. The respondent police is directed to conduct enquiry on the complaint dated 03.02.2015 given by the petitioner and the same shall be enquired into and action shall be taken in accordance with law as laid down by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Lalita Kumari Vs Government of Uttar Pradesh and Others in (2014) 2 SCC 1.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
