2. Heard Mr.B.Vasudevan, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.C.Emalias, learned Addl. Public Prosecutor appearing for the 1st respondent.

3. It is represented by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that the case in Crime No.34 of 2015 was investigated and a closure report has been made ready, showing it as a mistake of fact and RCS notice has also been served to the defacto complainant.
