Seeking a direction to the respondent police to register a case on the complaint of the petitioner in C.S.R.No.51/2015 dated 24.3.2015 on the file of respondent, she has come up with this petition.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police.
3. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, the respondent police is directed to conduct enquiry in CSR No.51/2015 and act in accordance with the law laid down by the Honourable Apex Court in Lalita Kumari vs. Govt. of U.P. & others [2013 (4) Crimes 243 (SC)]..
