ORDER

Mr.Adithya Reddy, learned counsel on record for writ petitioner seeks leave of this Court to withdraw these three writ petitions and requests this Court to preserve the other rights of the writ petitioner under 'Tamil Nadu Value Added Tax Act, 2006 (Tamil Nadu Act 32 of 2006)' (hereinafter 'TNVAT Act' for brevity.

2. Writ petitioner is permitted to withdraw these writ petitions preserving the rights, if any, which are still available to the writ petitioner under TNVAT Act.

3. Writ petitions are dismissed as withdrawn preserving the rights of the writ petitioner in the aforesaid manner. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
