When the case came up for hearing, the learned Counsel for the Respondents submits that the typedset of papers served to him does not contain all the pages. Some pages were missing. Therefore, he seeks fresh typed set of papers.

2. Learned Counsel for the Appellant is directed to furnish fresh typed set of papers in a day or two to the learned Counsel for the Respondents.

3. Post the case on 27.09.2024.

4. There shall be an order of interim stay till then.
