Order (Order of the Court was made by Dr.Anita Sumanth J.) Having heard Ms.S.Thamizharasi, learned counsel for the appellant, we are of the considered view that nothing survives for adjudication in this matter. Substantively, the learned Judge has directed the continuance of visitation rights till March, 2026, which period has long gone. Hence, this appeal is infructuous.

2. Learned counsel for the appellant appears to have aggrieved by the observations made in paragraph 5 of order dated 02.04.2025 and apprehends that may have some repercussion in the hearing of the Contempt Petition itself. We make it clear that the Contempt Petition should be heard independently by the learned Judge without being influenced by any observations made under order dated 02.04.2025.

3. With this, the appeal and the connected Miscellaneous Petition are closed.
