Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents made a submission that the impugned charge memo, which is under challenge in the present writ petition, had been cancelled by the authorities in a proceedings dated 25.06.2018 and a fresh charge memo has been issued to the writ petitioner, enabling him to submit his explanation/ objection.

2. In view of the fact that the charge memo impugned in the writ petition was withdrawn, no further adjudication is required in respect of the grounds raised in this writ petition. However, in respect of the charge memo, it is left https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

open to the petitioner to submit his explanation / objection with reference to the allegations set out in the charge memo and defend his case on merits and in accordance with law. With these observations, the writ petition stands disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
