2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned counsel appearing for the respondents. 3.In all the three petitions, the petitioners made representations dated 03.09.2014, seeking issuance of patta. On https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

receipt of the same, the first respondent through his communication dated 16.09.2014, directed the second respondent to conduct enquiry and take appropriate action. Despite the communication sent by the first respondent, no action is forthcoming, the present writ petitions have been filed. 4.Considering the above, a direction is issued to the second respondent to pass appropriate orders on the communication of the first respondent dated 16.09.2014 and in the light of the petitioners' representation dated 03.09.2014, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5.It is made clear that if final orders had already been passed by the second respondent in pursuant to the communication of the first respondent dated 16.09.2014, then, this order need not be complied with. But, however, in this regard, the order already passed by the second respondent will have to be communicated to the petitioners within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 6.With the above said direction and observation, these Writ Petitions are disposed of. No costs.
