Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus to direct the 1st and 2nd respondents not to accept the charge Tuition fees that is required to be paid by the petitioner for the academic years 2017-2018, 2018-2019 and 2019-2020 over and above the fees fixed as per G.O.Ms.No.8 dated 22.3.2018 as modified in G.O.Ms.No.14 dated 7.3.2019 issued by the Government of Puducherry and allow the petitioner to complete the M.S.Post Graduate Course (Obstetrics and Gynaecology) as conducted by the 1st and 2nd respondents.
