The petitioner has filed this petition for writ of Certiorari to call for the records of the 2nd respondent relating to his notice dated 25.03.2014 and quash the same. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the official respondent submitted that the present impugned order was passed based on the Circular No.67/2011 of the Registration Department, dated 03.11.2011. However, the said circular was withdrawn before the Division Bench of this Court on 20.10.2017 and hence, automatically the impugned order is sought to be recalled. Therefore, this Court may close the Writ Petition.
