These petitions are filed (i) to condone the delay of 1006 days in filing the petition to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the sole appellant, Late K.Shanmugam in the instant S.A.No.989 of 2016; (ii) to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the original appellant Late K.Shanmugam in the instant S.A.No.989 of 2016 and (iii) to bring on record the petitioners herein as the legal representatives of the deceased sole appellant, Late K.Shanmugam and rank them as appellants 2 and 3 in S.A.No.989 of 2016.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners.

3. Learned counsel for the respondents has no objection in allowing these petitions.
