The above Contempt Petition coming on this day before this Court for hearing in the presence of learned counsel appearing for the petitioner herein; and of Mr.G.Peranban, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent herein; and upon reading the petition and affidavit of Mr. Sampath, filed herein; the Court made the following order:- "The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent made a submission that though patta was issued, it took sometime for generating a copy of the patta on account of certain technical issues. However, the patta has been issued in favour of the petitioner on 23.09.2021.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner states that there is some mistake in mentioning the Survey Number. However, the petitioner is directed to approach the Tahsildar immediately for rectification if it is a mistake and inform before this Court.

3. Post the matter next week."
