ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- (The case has been heard through video conference) The petitioner, who apprehends arrest for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 392 of IPC in Crime No.372 of 2021 seeks anticipatory bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that when the defacto complainant along with her husband were selling food in their mobile cart on a road side, the petitioner along with other accused person threatened the defacto complainant through phone call and demanded a sum of Rs.3,000/-, the same was refused by her, following which, the other accused person had taken Rs.1000/- from the cash box which belongs to the defacto complainant. Hence, the complaint. 3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has not committed any such offence as alleged by the prosecution. Hence, he prays for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submits that there are 19 previous cases as against the petitioner and all are similar in nature.

5. Considering the fact that there are 19 previous cases against the petitioner, this court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
