Alleging that in the joint family property, only the name of her brother alone is included and therefore, a representation was given by the petitioner on 16.10.2015. In the said representation, the petitioner has sought for inclusion of her name along with other legal heirs of the deceased Balakrishnan. Though it has been acknowledged by the respondents, as no action is forthcoming, the present writ petition has been filed. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.

3.Considering the above, the third respondent is directed to pass appropriate orders on the petitioner's representation dated 16.10.2015, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after affording due opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and the other persons whose names have been found in the patta No.347, 71, 162, 490 in the land situated in Survey No.103, Vellore North, Vellore District.

4.The Writ Petition stands disposed of accordingly. No costs.
