When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader would submit that the respondents have been filed the writ appeal in W.A.No.2463 of 2013 before the Division Bench of this Court and http://www.judis.nic.in

M.V.MURALIDARAN,J kkd the same is pending. Apart from this, he has also produced a copy of the order dated 30.06.2011 stating that one part of the order was complied with. The petitioner is reinstated the service , since the writ appeal is pending. In view of the submission made by the learned Additional Government Pleader, this contempt petition is closed. However, the petitioner is permitted to review the contempt, if he is aggrieved over the order to be passed in the writ appeal.
