ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking to quash the proceedings in C.C.No.53 of 2021 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate - I, Walajapet.

2.It is represented by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) that the learned Judicial Magistrate - I, Walajapet, had closed the proceedings in C.C.No.53 of 2021, in view of the orders passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.23966 of 2019 dated 16.09.2019, quashing the proceedings in Crime No. 225 of 2019 in terms of the Memo of Compromise dated 28.08.2019 filed by the petitioners and the 2nd respondent.

3.In view of the above said facts, nothing further survives for adjudication in the above petition. Hence, the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
