PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records of the 2nd respondent issued in proceedings in Na.Ka.No.262/E/2017 dated 25.01.2018 and quash the same and issue a consequential direction to the respondents to grant the amount of gratuity and pension with interest at 18% per annum to the petitioner.
