The learned counsel for the appellant circulated a letter to the Registry, dated 21 November, 2017 requesting for posting on the ground that he is instructed to withdraw the appeal. Accordingly, the appeal is posted today under the caption "for withdrawal".

2. When the appeal is taken up, the learned counsel for the appellant made an endorsement indicating that he is withdrawing the intra court appeal.

3. In view of the endorsement so made, the intra court appeal is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
