O R D E R

(The case has been heard through video conference) This petition has been filed to extend the time in complying with the order of this Court dated 23.09.2020 made in Crl.OP.No.4995 of 2020.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the the petitioner was directed to be released on bail in the event of his arrest or on his appearance, within a period of fifteen days from the date on which the order copy is made ready, before the learned Judicial Magistrate-I, Alandur, Chennai, on condition that the petitioner shall execute a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with a condition to execute sureties within a period of fifteen days. The petitioner could not comply with the conditions within a stipulated time.

3. Heard both sides.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is ordered and the petitioner shall surrender and execute the sureties as ordered by this Court within a period of two weeks from the date on which the order copy made ready, failing which, the bail granted to the petitioner shall stand automatically cancelled. -sd/- 16/12/2020 This order, on being produced, be punctually observed and carried into execution by all concerned TRUE COPY Sub-Assistant Registrar (Statistics/C.S.)
