(Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble Chief Justice) In the given facts of the case, the only thing which is required to be done is to have proper traffic arrangements at the time of school opening and dispersal of the school. However, we find both from the array of parties and the representation of the petitioner that nothing has been addressed to the local police authorities.

2.We are, thus, of the view that the petitioner must first approach the police authority through a representation and that authority, in turn, would then deal with the representation as to how proper parking arrangements can be made around the school. On such representation being made to the competent authority, we expect it to be disposed of within one (1) month of the receipt of the representation.

3.Writ petition, accordingly, stands disposed of. No costs. Sd/- Asst.Registrar (CS V ) /true copy/ Sub Asst. Registrar sra To 1.The Secretary to Government Government of Tamil Nadu, School Education Department, Secretariat, Fort St. George, Chennai.
