This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 29 days in filing the Criminal Appeal as against the Impugned Judgement dated 07.01.2025 passed in STC No.407 of 2021 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate, Palladam.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and perused the materials available on record.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay of 29 days is condoned and the petition is ordered.
