The petitioner apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence under Section 379 of IPC in Crime Nos.778 & 759 of 2014 and seek anticipatory bail.

2. From a perusal of the materials available on record, it is seen that this is second Anticipatory Bail application.

3. This is case of Chain Snatching. The petitioner is involved in two previous cases.

4.The learned additional Public Prosecutor submits that there is no change in fact situation.

5. In view of the serious nature of the allegations and no change of situation, this petition is dismissed.
