Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to appoint the petitioner as Mali with effect from the date of his juniors promotion on 24.01.1995 as Forest Watcher by considering his representation dated 07.03.2018 in the light of the order passed in W.P.No.9708 of 2014 dated 12.09.2014, W.A.No.1703 of 2014 dated 20.01.2015, SLP (Civil) No.12056 of 2015 dated 05.07.2016, Cont.P.No.679 of 2015 dated 19.10.2016 and with all consequential benefits within time frame.

O R D E R

The grievances of the writ petitioner is that the seniority and promotions on par with the juniors to the writ petitioner has not been granted despite the fact that the writ petitioner submitted a representation on 07.03.2018.

2.Under these circumstances, without going into the merits of the matter, the respondents are directed to consider the representation submitted by the writ petitioner on 07.03.2018 https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

and pass orders on merits within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

The writ petitioner is directed to enclose the copy of representation and all other relevant Government Orders and other documents, if any, along with the order passed in the present writ petition.
