Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records relating to the impugned order of the first respondent in Letter No.7652/Nir1(2)/2021 dated 02.02.2023 and quash the same and direct the respondents to take appropriate action to draw the panels for promotion to the post of Junior Engineer for 2020-2021 and 2021-2022 and include the petitioner's name in the said panel at the appropriate place with reference to his seniority and promote him with all consequential benefits.
