This Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondents for willful disobedience of the order passed in W.P.No.1044 of 2021 dated 30.11.2023.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate for the respondents submitted that challenging the order passed by this Court, a Writ Appeal has been filed in W.A.No.2826 of 2024 and in the said Writ Appeal, an order of interim stay is granted.

3. In view of the above submission, this Contempt Petition is closed for the present.
