ORDER

This petition has been filed challenging the order passed by the Court below dismissing the application filed by the petitioner for return of the vehicle.

2. The Court below has dismissed it mainly on the ground that the petitioner has not produced R.C.Book and therefore, the petitioner has not established the ownership of the vehicle.

3. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of with a direction to the petitioner to prove his ownership before the Court below by producing the relevant documents. The Court below shall consider the same and pass orders in accordance with law.
