2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submits that the investigation completed in the case and RCS report was filed before the Court. Notice was issued to the complainant and he in turn has filed protest petition against RCS 34 of 2024. When the matter is now under consideration by the learned Judicial Magistrate.
