COMMON JUDGMENT (Judgment of the Court was delivered by The Hon'ble Chief Justice) None appears for the appellant. The learned counsel for the respondents rely on the judgment of the Division Bench of this Court in N.Jagannathan (Suo motu contempt proceedings initiated against the Contemnor as per the order dt. 10.7.2012 made in O.S.A.Nos.370 to 374 of 2008 and 197 of 2006), reported in 2012-4-L.W. 218, which emanates from the present matter and it has been opined that the endeavour of the appellant for grant of Letters of Administration was a fraud played on the Court.
2. The appeals are dismissed for non-prosecution. No costs.
