This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking to modify the condition imposed in para No.6 of the order dated 27.06.2024 made in Crl.O.P.No.12225 of 2024.

2. There is no representation on behalf of the petitioner.

I have perused the conditional order passed by this Court and the grounds on which the anticipatory bail application was imposed, this Court is of the view that since it is a case of modification of payment of money ordered by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.12225 of 2024 dated 27.06.2024, this Court is not inclined to modify the same.
