O R D E R

The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents 1&2 made a submission that the tenancy period of the Trustees itself was three years and the tenancy became expired. Thus, the writ petitioner may not have any right to adjudicate in respect of their claim for appointment of Trustees, during the year 2007.

2.

In other words, the period of Trustees expired long back and even if any grievance is left out, it is for the writ petitioner to adjudicate the same in the manner known to law. 3.

Accordingly, the writ petitioner is at liberty to adjudicate if any grievance exists as of now in the manner known to law and no further adjudication in respect of the relief as such sought for in this Writ Petition need not be undertaken, in view of the fact that the tenancy of the Trustees already expired.

4.
