The petitioner in this Writ Petition sought for implementation of the Office Order passed by the Inspector of Labour, Salem, in Na.Ka.No.A3664/2008, dated 22.10.2010. 4.
It is brought to the notice of this Court by the learned Standing Counsel for the respondent/Tamil Nadu Generation and Distribution Corporation, (in short Board) that the said order, dated 22.10.2010, has been challenged by the Board, viz., the Superintending Engineer, Salem Electricity Distribution Circle, Tamil Nadu Electricity Board, in W.P.Nos.112 to 117 of 2013, wherein, an interim order of stay has been granted by this Court on 08.01.2013, and the petitioner herein is the fifth respondent in one of the Writ Petitions viz., in W.P.No.116 of 2013.

In the light of the above, this Writ Petition is closed, leaving it open to the petitioner to agitate his rights in Writ Petition No.116 of 2013. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. No costs.
