ORDER

Seeking a direction to the respondent police to register a case on the complaint lodged by the petitioner dated 08-4-2015 in accordance with law, he has come up with this petition.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent police.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submits that the complaint has been received by the second respondent police.

4. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, the second respondent police is directed to conduct enquiry on the complaint preferred by the petitioner dated 8.4.2015 expeditiously and take action in accordance with the law laid down by the Honourable Apex Court in Lalita Kumari vs. Govt. of U.P. & others [2013 (4) Crimes 243 (SC)]..
