ORDER

When this Contempt Petition was taken up, the learned Additional Advocate General appearing for the respondents submitted that all the amounts have been settled to the petitioner. In support of the same, he has also produced the payment of details furnished by the District Collector, Ranipet, vide RC.No.PC1/3191/2024 dated 16.12.2024 and hence, the order of this Court dated 09.02.2024 passed in W.P.No.20776 of 2012, has been complied with.

2.The said submission has also been fairly conceded by the learned counsel for the petitioner.
