(CRIME NO.372/2021) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner that he has to appear before the respondent police station daily at 10.30 a.m. until further orders in the bail order granted to the petitioner on 06.08.2021 in Crl.O.P.No.13881/2021. Order: This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.G.SHANKARDEVI, Advocate for the Petitioner and of MR. A.GOPINATH, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- The Petitioner has filed this petition seeking to relax the conditions imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.13881 of 2021 for the offences punishable under Section 379 of IPC, r/w 21(1) of Mines and Minerals(Development and Regulation)Act, 1957 in Crime No.372 of 2021, while granting anticipatory bail.

2.Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed by this Court is relaxed and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police, as and when required for interrogation on receipt of summons. This petition is ordered.
