ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by S.M.SUBRAMANIAM.J.,) This Civil Revision Petition has been instituted to struck off the plaint in O.S.No.305 of 2021. The present Civil Revision Petition has been instituted under Article 227 of the Constitution of India. Page Nos.3/5
2. It is brought to the notice of this Court that the trial commenced in the suit and PW1 has already been examined and 145 documents are marked. Since the trial has already commenced, this Court is not entertaining the present Civil Revision Petition. However, the trial Court is requested to expedite the trial and dispose of the suit as expeditiously as possible.
