This Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the first respondent to take suitable disciplinary proceedings under Rule 9(2) (b) of the Pension Rules against the second respondent considering the representation dated 25.09.2014 given by the petitioner to the first respondent.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the prayer sought for in this writ petition has become infructuous.
