J U D G M E N T

This second appeal has been filed against the judgment and decree passed by the I-Additional Sub-Ordinate Judge, Cuddalore dated 18.06.2013 made in A.S.No. 72 of 2010 reversing the well-considered judgment and decree dated 29.07.2010 made in O.S.No.34 of 2006 on the file of the Additional District Munsif, Cuddalore.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the appellant has made the following endorsement in order to withdraw the appeal:- "In view of the respondent agreeing to renew the lease in favour of the appellant, the appellant may be permitted to withdraw the second appeal and the same may be disposed of recording the same."
