The prayer in the Writ Petition is for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the first respondent to consider his representation dated 22.05.2014 on the issue of disconnection of electricity connection, which was restored by the first respondent Board in favour of the second respondent in accordance with law.

2. The learned Standing Counsel appearing for the first respondent by referring the counter would submit that the request of the petitioner was not considered by the first respondent in view of the ex-parte decree passed by the Principal District Munsif, Vellore in O.S.No.599 of 2006, dated 24.03.2006.

3. Recording the above submission and stand taken in the counter, the prayer sought for by the petitioner cannot be granted. Hence, the Writ Petition is dismissed. There is no order as to costs.
