COMMON ORDER Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2.Learned counsel appearing for respondents 2, 5 and 6 has stated that the suit in O.S.No.90 of 2010 itself was dismissed as settled out of Court and therefore nothing survives for adjudication in the Civil revision petitions as against the common order passed in I.A.Nos.322 & 323 of 2013 dated 23.01.2014 filed to re-open and reassess the plaint. 3.In view of the above submission that the suit itself was dismissed as settled out of the Court, nothing survives for further adjudication. Hence, the Civil revision petitions are dismissed. No costs.
