2.It is submitted by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that the in respect of the incident that took place on 06.10.2014, the petitioner's brother Sudappa gave a complaint and case has been registered in Cr.No.53 of 2015 on the file of Krishnagiri Police Station against Ramesh for having committed offence punishable under Sections 147, 341, 294(b), 323, 324 of I.P.C. 3.It is also seen from the complaint given by the petitioner that the complaint has been given for the same cause of action. As the case has been registered in Cr.No.53 of 2015 on 04.02.2015, on the complaint given by the petitioner's brother Sudappa, this criminal original petition is closed.
